Q: What areas do you serve?
A: I’m based in Fort Worth and serve the DFW and Austin surrounding areas. Travel outside this region can be arranged for an additional fee.
Q: How do I book a shoot?
A: You can book directly through the website’s “Book Now” page or by contacting me at Lewislensvisualco@gmail.com. I’ll confirm availability, location details, and send your session agreement.
Q: How far in advance should I schedule?
A: Ideally 3–5 days in advance, but I’ll always try to accommodate urgent listings when possible.
Q: What types of services do you offer?
A: I offer interior and exterior photography, drone aerials, twilight shoots, 3D virtual tours, video walkthroughs, and social-media-ready clips. Custom packages are available for large or multi-unit properties.
Q: When will I receive my photos or videos?
A: Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours. Rush delivery is available on request.
Q: How will I receive my files?
A: You’ll get a private online gallery with full-resolution downloads and MLS-optimized versions.
Q: Do you edit every photo?
A: Yes — all images are professionally edited for lighting, color balance, and alignment. I don’t deliver unedited RAW files.
Q: How do I pay?
A: I accept credit/debit, Zelle, or invoice via QuickBooks. Payment is due at or before delivery.
Q: How should I prepare the property before the shoot?
A:
Clean and declutter all rooms
Turn on all interior lights
Open blinds and curtains
Hide personal items, trash cans, or pet gear
(We will send you a checklist to look over after booking confirmation!)
Q: What if the weather is bad?
A: If lighting or weather conditions prevent quality shots, we can reschedule at no extra charge.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations are allowed within 8 hours of the scheduled shoot.
Q: Do you offer virtual staging or item removal?
A: Yes — virtual staging, object removal, and sky replacements are available for an additional fee.
Q: Can I request specific angles or shots?
A: Absolutely. You can share a shot list or reference images before the session.
Q: Can I use the photos after the property sells?
A: Yes, for portfolio or marketing purposes — but they may not be resold or transferred.
